A surface you already see
Use a mirror or dry-erase board as a changing reflection space: part affirmation, part planner, part gratitude practice, and part creative laboratory. Start with a place you naturally look at every day and keep the practice small enough to use.
Nothing has to be permanent. The power is in noticing what still speaks, erasing what has become background noise, and making room for what the current version of you needs.
What might live there
Identity
“I am…” statements rooted in choices you can practice.
Gratitude
Names, moments, resources, and ordinary sweetness.
Focus
One priority for today, not twelve competing promises.
Challenge
One specific stretch that asks you to practice courage.
Evidence
Proof that you followed through, recovered, learned, or helped.
Creative spark
A word, sketch, color, lyric fragment of your own, or question.
A first seven days
- Day 1One honest “I am” statement
- Day 2Three specific gratitudes
- Day 3One focus and one next action
- Day 4A question you are willing to sit with
- Day 5Evidence of growth from this week
- Day 6A playful symbol, color, or drawing
- Day 7Erase, revise, and choose what continues
For group use, invite rather than require disclosure. The reflection space is a tool for agency, not surveillance.
